# Verisignum

> Verisignum makes animated email signatures for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. The portrait, the company logo and each social icon move, as small animated images served from Verisignum's own domain. The name, role, contact details and links stay real HTML text, so they can be selected, clicked and read by screen readers.

Most signature tools flatten the whole signature into one image, which leaves one link for everything, no selectable text and dead email and phone links. Verisignum animates only the parts that are pictures and keeps everything else as text.

How it works:

1. Pick a template. Six to choose from. Switch between them any time — your details carry over.
2. Add your details. Name, role, company, links and a photo. Upload your own logo or paste a URL.
3. Choose the motion. 26 to mix and match: one for your avatar, one for your mark, one for your socials.
4. Copy and paste. One button copies the signature. Paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail and it is done.

Pricing, billed in Indian rupees:

- Solo: one person, two signature slots. ₹599 a month rolling, or ₹499 a month paid at once (₹2,994 for 6 months or ₹5,988 for 12 months), renewed for the next term.
- Business: two signature slots for every person and one invite link for the team. ₹499 per seat, per month, flat 10% off, for teams of 10 or more, paid for 6 or 12 months at a time and renewed.
- The animation runs while the membership is active. After that the signature shows a still image everywhere, including mail already sent. Nothing breaks.

Questions and answers:

**Does my recipient need anything?**
No. What they receive is ordinary email HTML pointing at ordinary images. There is nothing to install, nothing to enable and nothing to click through — it simply arrives at the foot of your message and behaves.

**Does it work in Outlook?**
Yes — on Outlook for Windows and Mac, Outlook on the web, and Outlook on a phone. The web and mobile apps play the animation in full. The Windows desktop app never plays an animated image at all: it shows the first frame and stops. That first frame is your finished signature, so those readers get a complete, composed card. It simply holds still for them.

**How long does it take to set up?**
About five minutes. Pick a layout, fill in your details, choose the motion, press copy. The longest part is deciding which portrait to use.

**Will it get flagged as spam?**
No. A signature is not what a spam filter reads — it weighs your sending domain, your reputation and the body of the message, and a signature is the last few lines of ordinary HTML underneath all of that. Nothing in ours gives a filter anything to catch on: every image is served over HTTPS from our own domain, SPF and DMARC are published on it, and there is not one third-party tracker or hosted image in what you paste.

**Can I use my own brand colours?**
Your avatar, your mark and your card, yes. The text is held to email-safe fonts on purpose: guaranteeing a typeface would mean rendering your name into an image, and that would cost you every clickable link underneath it.

**What happens if I stop paying?**
The motion stops and your signature falls back to a still image — everywhere, including mail you sent months ago. Nothing breaks and nothing looks wrong. It stops moving, and that is all.

**Can I switch to a longer plan?**
Yes, and you switch straight away — the new plan starts the day you buy it. You are never billed for both: we stop the old one for you, at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is charged twice and nothing is taken away early. One thing worth doing yourself if you pay by UPI: cancel the old autopay in your bank app before you switch, because a bank will refuse a second mandate while the first is still live. Paying by card needs nothing.

**Is there something for a whole company?**
Yes. From ten people upward, everyone gets two signature slots, the company gets one invite link to send round, and a member can be removed the same day. It is bought six or twelve months at a time, less ten per cent.
